The Tien VO MD Grant does not require a minimum GPA. Dr. Vo believes that a grade point average is only one measure of a student's potential. This grant recognizes that resilience, ambition, and authentic commitment to learning matter just as much as academic transcripts.
Who Can Apply for the Tien VO MD Grant?

You Are Eligible If:
- You are currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university
- You are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- You are a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or international student studying in the U.S.
- You can submit your application before July 15, 2026
You Are Not Eligible If:
- You are not currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. institution
- You are a high school student who has not yet enrolled in college
- You are attending a non-accredited institution
- You submit your application after the July 15, 2026 deadline
